Paul Harvey Joins O'Neill Clothing
Former Xcel Sales Leader Departs

Well-known industry sales executive Paul Harvey has departed Rip Curl and Xcel Wetsuits to join O'Neill Clothing. Harvey, who held various senior-level positions at Rip Curl, joined Xcel in October 2022 to head up global sales. He will now join O'Neill as Vice President of Global Sales.
Harvey's departure from Xcel comes shortly after his arrival at the company. No reason for his departure has been given. Harvey has a proven track record in the surf industry, having led sales teams to success at both Rip Curl and O'Neill.
Xcel has since announced the promotion of Dave Clark to the role of Global Sales Manager. Clark has been with Xcel for over 10 years, most recently serving as the company's Western Regional Sales Manager. He has a deep understanding of the surf industry and strong relationships with customers.
Harvey's departure is a significant loss for Xcel, but the company is confident that Clark will be a successful replacement. Clark is a highly respected sales leader with a proven track record. He is committed to continuing to grow Xcel's sales and market share.
