Pacers vs Celtics: A Thrilling Game 1

The Boston Celtics escaped with a 133-128 overtime win over the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of their NBA series on Tuesday night.

The Celtics jumped out to a 12-0 lead but the Pacers battled back on the heels of Turner Haliburton's 33 points.

The game was tied at 120 at the end of regulation and the Celtics pulled away in overtime.

Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 34 points, 19 rebounds, and 6 assists. Kyrie Irving added 26 points and Jaylen Brown chipped in 24.

Haliburton was the leading scorer for the Pacers and Myles Turner added 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Game 2 of the series will be played on Thursday night in Boston.
