The Eurovignette is an electronic toll system that allows heavy goods vehicles to travel on certain roads in Europe. It is valid for a period of time, and the price depends on the weight of the vehicle and the distance traveled.
Starting from January 1, 2023, the Eurovignette will be mandatory for all heavy goods vehicles over 3.5 tonnes travelling on the following roads in the Netherlands:
- All motorways
- All national roads
- Certain provincial roads
The Eurovignette can be purchased online, by phone, or at a number of points of sale. You do not need to create an account before purchasing a Eurovignette.
